My name is Christy. My life is split into a before and after. Before heartbreak, devastating loss and the breakdown of who I believed myself to be. And after. When I had to choose whether or not I would rise again. Maybe you too have had to make this choice - maybe you’re in the process of making it now. If so, I’ve been to hell and back and I’m here as a guide to help lead you out of the underworld.

Before it all fell apart, I called myself yoga teacher, sound healer, reiki practitioner, herbalist, gardener, dog mom. Now I still carry those gifts of healing, but I am not them and they are not me. Now I am a conduit to help unveil truth and guide others on their journey to reconstruct their lives after loss made them wonder who they are, where they’re going, what’s their purpose and maybe even -is this all worth it.

There are many paths to healing. Many paths to reclaiming your power. Many paths to rediscovering your magic. Maybe I am the guide who can lead you down your path to remembering the essence of your truth, beauty and the gifts you’re destined to share with the world. It would be my honor to walk beside you as you reclaim your power, purpose and pleasure in living.
